How to List Your Business
Getting started is simple! Here's how it works:
- Create your PartyLabz account
- Head to the "Vendors & Venues" page from the "My Events" menu

Click "Add" and share your story:
- Company name and select services from our list.
- Business address. Will be used to search by location.
- Upload your logo (square format, minimum 256x256px, PNG or JPG)
- Write an engaging company overview
- Add a detailed description
Pro Tips:
- Make your overview shine! It's what customers see first in search results
- Keep pricing details for direct conversations
- Tell your unique story in the description – what makes your service special
- Include all the important details about your services
Once you click "Save" and "Publish", our team will review your listing. We'll check public sources to verify your business and might reach out with questions. After approval, your business will be discoverable to customers searching for event pros like you!
Already listed but didn't add yourself? If you spot your business in our catalog, just contact us with proof of ownership, and we'll help you claim your listing.
